PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a rolling bearing capable of securing a sealing property by restraining excess or shortage of a resilient force based on elastic compression of a mounting part of a sealing member, and restraining deterioration of roundness of an inner ring or an outer ring. SOLUTION: An annular space between opposed circumferences of an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 15 of a rolling bearing is sealed by a sealing member 21. The sealing member 21 has a metallic core bar 22, and a mounting part 30 integrally formed to cover an end of the core bar 22 on a side opposed to an annular mounting groove 17 indented on one of the opposed circumferences of the inner and outer rings 11, 15, mounted to the mounting groove 17 by elastic compression, and made of an elastic material.
