PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the vicinity of a continuously variable transmission for traveling in a transmission case to be made compact by suitably disposing a slow turn clutch and a reverse clutch in case of the travel transmission structure of a working vehicle with the continuously variable transmission for traveling and the transmission case. SOLUTION: A recess 10a entering the other right or left side of the transmission case 10 is formed at one right or left side part thereof, and the continuously variable transmission 11 for traveling is arranged at the recess 10a of the transmission case 10. A transmission shaft 44 is supported adjacent to the recess 10a of the transmission case 10. A friction multiplate slow turn clutch 46 for transmitting low-speed power in the same direction as the running direction of one of a right or left traveling device to the other of the right or left traveling device is provided at the side part of the recess 10a of the transmission shaft 44. A friction multiplate reverse clutch 53 for transmitting the power in a direction opposite to the running direction of either the right or left traveling device to the other of the right or left traveling device is provided at the side part of the input shaft 22 of the transmission shaft 44.
