PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure supporting strength of a second seat to a floor even if a space capable of storing a first seat is formed at a lower part of the second seat. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat structure, the second seat 20(the first seat) can be folded and stored in a lower part storage space 34 of a third seat 30 (the second seat). In the storage space 34 of the third seat 30, a reinforcing structure 1 capable of taking a reinforcing posture which can support the third seat 30 to a floor F from a lower side is arranged. The reinforcing structure 1 is retracted by the movement of the second seat 20 to get in the storage space 34. Thereby, the second seat 20 takes the reinforcing posture which can support the third seat 30 to the floor F from the lower side in the storage space 34, instead of the reinforcing structure 1.
