PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning probe capable of being obtained by simplified and facilitated manufacture processes and enabling the cost thereof to be reduced while securing the stable rotation of an optical member for optical scanning. SOLUTION: The optical scanning probe comprises: a hollow shaft inserted into an outer cylinder and connected to a rotary drive source at the proximal end; a sleeve fixed to the distal end of the shaft and rotated accompanying the rotation of the shaft; an optical fiber made to pass through the shaft, fixed to the sleeve and rotated accompanying the rotation of the sleeve; and an optical scanning member which is fixed to the distal end of the optical fiber, scans measurement light transmitted by the optical fiber toward a measurement object while being rotated together with the optical fiber, receives the reflected light of the measurement light from the measurement object and sends the reflected light to the optical fiber.
