Perimeter fence for a floating structure comprising some brackets (1) which surround the perimeter of the perimetrical tube(s) of a cage-raft (0), such brackets (1) have a peg (9); some posts (2) which are mounted on such pegs (9) and provide firmness to the fence; Some hooking elements (3) fixed to the posts (2),- some rods (4) that are intertwoven vertically to some meshes and are hooked to said hooking elements (3) fixed to the posts (2), where said meshes (5) have some cables (6) interwoven horizontally which provide more resistance to the mesh (5) and also the mesh (5) is joined to the rods (4) by means of some tensors (7) which keep the mesh (5) tense. Also, a method to enclose a floating structure with the abovementioned perimeter fence is disclosed.
