A method for allocating unlink and downlink time slots of radio frame in time division duplexing mobile communication system is provided, in which 10 ms is treated as the period, every time slot in the period is determined to be uplink transmission time slot or downlink transmission time slot, and during communication, the uplink or downlink transmission is accomplished in the corresponding time slot. A device for allocating uplink and downlink time slots of radio frame in time division duplexing mobile communication system is also provided. By the method and device, the type of time slot ratio can be enriched and the adjust of time slot ratio becomes more flexible and accurate.
