The invention relates to a composition for bone filling based on calcium phosphate, comprising at least one adjuvant which imparts adhesive and swelling properties and can be selected from the group of sugars and sugar derivatives. The bone cement described in the invention is characterised by especially advantageous adhesive and swelling properties enabling an improved dispersion of the biomaterial in the cavities to be filled and improving the osteointegration.
