<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an antenna thin without being restricted by the height of a component even in the case of severe designing conditions such as high output of a power amplifier or low loss of a switching circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid circuit 41 is arranged between a driver module 51 and a four distribution/four synthesis circuits 31 and 32, and the transmission/reception ends of the driver module 51 are switched by switching the phase of the hybrid circuit 41 at the time of transmission and reception. Since the hybrid circuit 41 is not so high as a circulator, it can be made thin advantageously, and since the hybrid circuit 41 neither has a big loss of a switch employing a diode, it is excellent in high output of a transmission power amplifier and reduction of loss. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
