PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight, easily usable apparatus for registering a specific position and returning to it. SOLUTION: A system having a transmission system for transmitting a location of a vehicle includes a first system unit configured to determine a current location using radio signals; a first memory unit for storing a database including a list of one or a plurality of mobile devices; a processor configured to select one of the mobile devices from the database; and a first transmission unit configured to transmit the current location to the selected one of the mobile devices in response to an engine of the vehicle being shut off.
