PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shutoff valve enhanced in the forming accuracy of seal parts and excellent in sealing performance. SOLUTION: In the fuel shutoff valve, a pressure regulating valve mechanism for adjusting tank internal pressure is provided in an upper valve chamber between a casing body 30 and a cover body 40. The pressure regulating valve mechanism is provided with first and second pressure regulating valves. The first pressure regulating valve has a first passage forming projection 71 having a first pressure regulating valve seal part and with a first pressure regulating valve element. The second pressure regulating valve has a second passage forming projection 81 having a second pressure regulating valve seal part and with a second pressure regulating valve element. The casing body 30 is provided with expansion chamber forming members 37 for forming upper expansion chambers by expanding a lower valve chamber by protruding part of an upper wall 31 upwardly. The expansion chamber forming members 37 are formed spaced from a gap in the horizontal direction in the first passage forming projection 71 and the second passage forming projection 81.
