PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate in which the transferability of ink from a recessed part is excellent even if plate depth is not made deep, and which has high precision, and in which the phenomenon that ink is stuck to the non-image part with a wide area does not occur, and which gives a printed matter having high fineness and high quality, and also to provide a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a printed matter using the same. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a printing plate in which an inert layer as a projecting part and a substrate layer as the bottom part of a recessed part are formed on a base material, and an adsorption layer as the bottom part of a recessed part is formed on the substrate layer. Particularly, the substrate layer is composed of a metal oxide, the inert layer is composed of a resin, and the adsorption layer is composed of a silane coupling agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
