PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform working with reduced noise during the night and with usual noise during the day in a working machine. SOLUTION: An operating device 61 of a turret punch press the working sound of which is changed in accordance with a working time band is provided with: a memory 69 for storing a working program 73 at the low noise by which the working with the low noise die for being not made to generate a working sound exceeding the threshold value; a table 81 for setting a low noise working time band in which the generation of the working sound exceeding the threshold value is not permitted; a clock function 77 for clocking the time when the working is performed; a selecting part 75 for selecting the low-noise working program 73 when that time is within the low-noise working time band; and an execution program area 79 for performing the control of the turret punch press 1 on the basis of the selection by the selecting part 75.
