PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a performance variable display device capable of diversifying a forenotice mode such as a chance forenotice and executing an interesting game performance. SOLUTION: This game machine 1 is provided with a main variable display device aligned with a plurality of main reels 4L, 4C and 4R rotating while displaying a plurality of symbols in columns, a first sub variable display device aligned with a plurality of first sub reels 6L, 6C and 6R rotating while displaying a plurality of symbols in columns, and a second sub reel 8 rotating while displaying a plurality of performance pictures in rows. The second sub variable display device has a liquid crystal display device 521 facing a second sub display window 7 via the second sub reel. The second sub reel 8 is provided with a rotating reel drum 8a and a reel belt 8b attached to the outer circumference of the reel drum 8a and drawing a plurality of performance pictures 8c.
