PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which is easily operated by both right-handed player and left-handed player. SOLUTION: The game machine for using game media, starting a game according to a prescribed input, executing drawing, executing the game according to a drawing result and the prescribed input and imparting a game value according to the executed result of the game comprises: a cabinet 2; a base 100 provided freely attachably to the operation side of the cabinet 2 to be attached to the operation side of the cabinet 2 in a first attitude or a second attitude by attachment; and game input means (1-BET button 11, maximum BET button 12, C/P button 14, start lever 6 and token feeding port 22, etc., ) provided to the base 100 for inputting an input relating to the game. The game input means is arranged in the base 100 so that the position of the game input means in the first attitude and the position of the game input means in the second attitude are bilaterally symmetrical in the view from the operation side of a case body.
