PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel hanger which makes it easy to hang a towel and for which a towel hanging bar can be supported and fixed with high strength. SOLUTION: To the support surface 6 of an attaching implement 5 for which the support surface 6 for supporting a towel hanging bar 2 where a towel is hung and a pair of opposing side faces 7 and 8 for separating the towel hanging bar 2 from a wall surface to attach the towel hanger 1 roughly in parallel with the wall surface continuously form a U shape on the cross section, the outer peripheral surface 3 on one end side of the towel hanging bar 2 is abutted. The support surface 6 of the attaching implement 5 and the outer peripheral surface 3 of the towel hanging bar 2 are fixed by fixing screws 24 at two or more positions in the longitudinal direction of the towel hanging bar 2, and the towel hanging bar 2 is supported by the attaching implement 5 in a cantilever manner.
