LIFTABLE CLOTHES DRYING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liftable clothes drying apparatus which enables the miniaturization of the apparatus by securing simplicity of the structure of a pole position detection means while enabling the accurate detection of the lifting position of a clothes drying pole by directly detecting the degree of rotation of a winding drum by the pole position detection means. SOLUTION: The liftable clothes drying apparatus 1 has its main body part 2 with the winding drum 4 driven to rotate with a drive part 3 disposed on the ceiling and the clothes drying pole 6 which is lifted or lowered according to the winding or unwinding of a wire 5 on the winding drum 4 by being suspended with the wire 5 from the main body part 2. A detection drum part 7 is so arranged as to be rotated together with the winding drum 4 and a spiral groove 8 is carved into the outer circumference of the detection drum part 7. A slide protrusion 9 freely slidable straight disposed on the main body part 2 is engaged into the spiral groove 8. Also provided is the pole position detection means 10 which detects the lifting position of the clothes drying pole 6 by checking the sliding position of the slide protrusion 9 to be determined by the regulation of the spiral groove 8 according to the rotation of the winding drum 4.
