<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable parasol coping with a hard-to-see state by putting up the parasol of a cellphone size in the hard-to-see state of a cellphone screen under the influence of sunlight, thereby bringing about effects of preventing a decline in eyesight, fatigue, stress, etc. and having a healing effect in fashionability with a strap function. <P>SOLUTION: This portable parasol is provided with a strap and a bending shaft part.
