<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery cell and a solar battery module, each of which is capable of effectively suppressing deterioration of output even in the case where the area of the backside increases. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery cell, which is formed with a p+ layer and an n+ layer on the backside on the opposite side of a light receiving surface of a semiconductor substrate, includes a finger electrode formed on the p+ layer and the n+ layer and at least one bus bar electrode which intersects with the finger electrode formed on the inside of the backside of the solar battery cell. Furthermore, the solar battery module, which is combined by a plurality of solar battery cells each formed with a p+ layer and an n+ layer on the backside on the opposite side of the light receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate, includes a finger electrode formed on the p+ layer and the n+ layer and at least one bus bar electrode which intersects with the finger electrode formed on the inside of the backside of the solar battery module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
