<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with a good concentrating efficiency of light, and improved thermal resistance, reliability and weathering resistance; a concentrating photovoltaic power generation module equipped with such a solar cell; a concentrating photovoltaic power generation unit; and a solar cell manufacturing method of manufacturing such a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell 10 is equipped with: a solar cell element 11 which carries out a photoelectric conversion of a sunlight Ls concentrated with a concentrating lens 42; a receiver substrate 20 on which the solar cell element 11 is laid; and a resin sealing portion 33 which carries out a sealing with resin of the solar cell element 11, wherein there is provided a reflective member 32, having; an irradiation window 32f which irradiates the sunlight Ls to the solar cell element 11 in a straight front of the solar cell element 11; an optical introduction window 32w which is formed to be larger than the irradiation window 32f and introduces the sunlight Ls in a straight front of the concentrating lens 42; and a reflecting surface 32r which is formed between the irradiation window 32f and the optical introduction window 32w and reflects the sunlight Ls and introduces the sunlight Ls to the solar cell element 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
