<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out high speed simultaneous transfer of files to a predetermined terminal from a plurality of terminals in a communication infrastructure to which a signaling protocol is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer requesting terminal transmits a file to a transfer responding terminal indicated by position information included in connection responding information based on a data transfer protocol if the received connection responding information indicates a connection authorization response, and cancels session setup between the responding terminals after transmitting the file.
