PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-area and high-speed current mirror type comparator capable of more accurately performing comparison operation even when variations in a current of a transistor that performs current mirroring exist. SOLUTION: A first transistor 101 and a third transistor 103 are connected in series, and a second transistor 102 and a fourth transistor 104 are connected in series. One of input/output terminals of a fifth transistor 107 is connected to a control terminal of the second transistor 102, and the other input/output terminal of the fifth transistor 107 is connected to another input/output terminal of the second transistor 102. One of input/output terminals of a capacitor 106 is connected to a control terminal of the first transistor 101, and another input/output terminal of the capacitor 106 is connected to the control terminal of the second transistor 102.
