HARDENABLE LAMINATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardenable laminate which has a hardenable layer containing an unhardened hardenable material and causes less process contamination without bleeding of the hardenable material from the hardenable layer on mutual superimposition and causes less process contamination. SOLUTION: The hardenable laminate includes a substrate and a hardenable layer formed on the substrate and containing a hardenable material and is characterized by the fact that only edges of the hardenable layer have been hardened.
