PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation testing tool and an evaluation testing electrode for an electronic component, wherein setting the electronic component is easily set, and maintenance is performed easily. SOLUTION: This evaluation testing tool 10 is equipped with: a socket 20 having terminals of two poles to be connected to a power source; and a chip clip 30 having a pair of a first insertion connection member 31a and a second insertion connection member 31b to be connected electrically to the terminals of two poles of the socket 20 by being inserted into entries 21, 21 of the socket 20, respectively, and a pair of a first clamping member 32a and a second clamping member 32b connected electrically to the first insertion connection member 31a and the second insertion connection member 31b, respectively, and clamping a chip capacitor 1.
