PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet unit capable of preventing high-temperature hot water from being abruptly ejected against a user's intention. SOLUTION: This faucet unit (1) for ejecting the high-temperature hot water and low-temperature warm and cold water in a switching manner comprises: a high-temperature setting operation portion (28a) for performing high-temperature setting for ejecting the high-temperature hot water; medium-and-low-temperature setting operation portions (28b and 28c) for performing medium-and-low-temperature setting for ejecting the warm and cold water; an ejecting operation portion (26) for ejecting the high-temperature hot water or the warm and cold water, on the basis of the high-temperature setting or the medium-and-low-temperature setting; and a faucet unit control means (24) for switching between the high-temperature setting and the medium-and-low-temperature setting on the basis of the operations of the high-temperature setting operation portion and the medium-and-low-temperature setting operation portions. When the high-temperature setting operation portion is operated during ejection, the faucet unit control means immediately switches temperature setting to the high-temperature setting. During the stop of the ejection, when the high-temperature setting operation portion is continuously operated for a predetermined period of high-temperature setting time, the faucet unit control means switches the temperature setting to the high-temperature setting.
