PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house increased in durability by suppressing dew condensation due to the generation of water vapor in a kitchen and sanitary space and enabling the easy change of the arrangement of a living room space and the layout of the kitchen and sanitary space for each use application. SOLUTION: The water vapor generated in the multi kitchen and sanitary space 4 is released to the outside by a natural ventilation structure since the entry of the water vapor into the multi living room space 3 is suppressed by the partition walls 2 of a moistureproof bearing structure. Since the dew condensation due to the generation of the water vapor in the multi kitchen and sanitary space 4 is suppressed, the durability of the dwelling house is enhanced. Also, the arrangement of a living and dining room LD and a small room R partitioned in the multi living room space 3 and the layout of a kitchen K, a bathroom BR, and a toilet WC can be easily changed by changing the erected positions of partition panels 7.
