PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-woven fabric having a high liquid holdability and releasability of liquid such as water, medicinal liquid, etc., showing less irritation to skin and also having a good wiping off property, and suitable for the non-woven fabric for clean wiping use for a human and cosmetic use. SOLUTION: This non-woven fabric is consist of 30 to 80 wt.% cellulosic fiber and 20 to 70 wt.% modified cross sectional fiber forming a modified cross sectional form having a bag-formed hollow hole part having a prescribed ratio of area.
