<p>A method, device and system of mapping System Information Blocks (SIB) are provided. The method comprises: system information is split into SIBs; SIBs are mapped onto Scheduling Units (SUs) dynamically. In accordance with the application occasion of system the SIBs are mapped dynamically on to SUs of different frequency. And then the SUs are sent.</p>
