<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discoloration of a lead frame in a light emitting device using silicone resin as a sealant of a light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element 10 fixed in the lead frame 20 is sealed by a sealing part 21 made of silicone resin.
