<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording method and an image recording system, allowing improvement of a yield of a product. <P>SOLUTION: An uneven shape of an exposure face 14a of a drawn body 14 formed with a drawing pattern is measured by a shape measurement device 28. A focus adjustment possibility/impossibility decision part 81 decides whether focus adjustment by a prism pair 49 is possible or not from displacement data of the uneven shape obtained thereby. When the focus adjustment is impossible, an exposure timing correction part 82 delays movement velocity V of the drawn body 14, and extends a modulation period t1 of a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) 40. A light intensity correction part 83 reduces light intensity of a laser beam such that integrated light intensity of an exposure recording position changing according to correction of the modulation period t1 becomes a default value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
