<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color filter by attaching a colored photosensitive resin layer made by forming a transparent colored photosensitive resin in which pigment is dispersed, into a dry film onto a film substrate supplied from a winding roller, and patterning the colored photosensitive resin layer according to a photolithographic method on the film substrate, the method causing no increase in equipment, having high efficiency of use of material and easily forming the color filter on the film substrate. <P>SOLUTION: When attaching the colored photosensitive resin layer 103 onto the film substrate 101, the colored photosensitive resin layer is cut out into the size of an effective area 112 of a color filter to be formed and, thereafter, is attached thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
