<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in reliability of communication due to external noise. <P>SOLUTION: A demodulation unit 7 demodulates a received modulated signal and a control unit 10 decides the degree of influence of the external noise by detecting an error rate from demodulated audio information. When the error rate exceeds a threshold, the control unit 10 switches the carrier frequency of an oscillation unit 32 to another frequency.
