TREATISE CREATION SUPPORT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experiment management and a treatise creation support system for supporting a treatise creator by recoding an experiment result by performing an experiment following the procedure of the experiment, and creating the text plan of a treatise on the basis of the procedure and the result.

SOLUTION: This treatise creation support system is provided with: an experiment flow part for providing the reference of a file in which materials to be used for the experiment, experiment tools, and experiment method are recorded in a life science field; an analysis program part for storing and executing an analysis program to be used in the process of the experiment; an experiment result storage part for storing and referring to the acquired experiment result; an experiment flow processing part for storing the edition of the experiment procedure and the result of the experiment; an analysis program processing part for executing the analysis program to be used in the process of the experiment; an experiment information input processing part for performing processing to input comments relative to the experiment result or the experiment; and a treatise creation/display processing part for creating the text plan of the treatise on the basis of the experiment procedure or the experiment result.
