PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of efficiently producing a developing blade by eliminating the work for removing residual rubber materials. SOLUTION: The mold 10 for production of the developing blade is produced by securing the blank areas on the longitudinal both sides of a long hard plate and bonding an elastic member to be contacted with a developing agent therebetween. The cavities MC-1 formed into a shape corresponding to the elastic member, and the overflow portions SC-1 which continue as spaces and collect the overflowed materials are provided in the prescribed areas corresponding to the portion between both blank areas. The overflow portion is left between both blank areas as it is on the developing blade being a product, and it is unnecessary to remove after molding.
