PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a system. SOLUTION: A measurement monitoring control system 30 for monitoring and controlling a plurality of operating terminals 12, by measuring a plurality of process quantities in a plant by a measurement unit 11, is configured so that a centralized measurement control device 14 for executing in centralized manner the monitoring control of the plurality of operating terminals 12 is connected in a network device 31 to an individual measurement control device 18 for individually executing the monitoring control of each operating terminal 12, and an integral HMI device 32 for integrally operating the centralized measurement control device 14 and the individual measurement control device 18 is connected to the network device 31.
