PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system capable of simultaneously controlling a plurality of devices to be controlled altogether by remote control through a network. SOLUTION: When generating a plurality of control commands and sending out the respective control commands to respective local controllers 3a, 3b and 3c in order to simultaneously control the devices 4 to be controlled by the plurality of local controllers 3a, 3b and 3c, the control command generation part 22 of a center server 2 sets control time information to have the plurality of local controllers 3a, 3b and 3c simultaneously control the devices 4 to be controlled on the basis of the number of the plurality of control commands, and generates the respective control command including the set control time information. The respective device control parts 34 of the local controllers 3a, 3b and 3c control the devices 4 to be controlled of a controlled system at the time based on the time information included in the acquired control commands.
