[Class 61 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXIII] An erecting device for use. in constructing bodies of comparatively large dimensions such as aircraft fuselages, wings and the like, includes at least four main members combined together into the form shown in Fig. 1. In one form, box girders 1, 2, 3, 4 of U-shape are combined together. A number of the elements thus formed may be combined side-by-side or in rows. In modifications, the girders are subdivided to facilitate the introduction of spacing members or the girders may be constructed with telescopic parts.
