<p>A method, apparatus and system for forwarding a call to an international number are described. The method comprises: receiving triggering request sent by a end office; if it's determined that a called user subscribes forwarding international number service according to the triggering request, the call is connected to a pre-set forwarding international number. The apparatus comprises a receiver unit, a forwarding service judgement unit and a forwarding number connection unit.</p>
