Optoelectronic sensor and mobile device and configuration method

The sensor (10) has a sensor controller (22) designed such that interference in a spatial area (14) is detected from received signals of cameras (12, 12') e.g. stereoscopic camera. A configuration device (21) is designed such that device receives position data of a hand held device e.g. radio, in the spatial area by a sensor data interface (23), receives an instruction and determines position data of an actual position of the hand held device in the spatial area. The device determines a boundary point, a boundary line or a boundary surface of a sub-area based on the position data. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mobile device (2) a safety system (3) a method for configuration of sub-areas of a spatial area for monitoring object interferences and assigning object interferences to the sub-areas.
