A system and a method for processing real time payment transaction using a cash card and a recording medium are provided to secure competitive advantage over the other competing financial institute by providing reward program for clients in real time basis. An information storage unit(750) processes an affiliated store account information for the unique number information of the terminal device and debit card payment money deposit link. The connected information is stored in a predetermined storage medium. A statement receiver(705) receives a settlement approval request statement from a terminal device equipped in the member store. An information confirming unit confirms or extracts the member store account information from the storage medium. A settlement processor withdraws the settlement money from a bank account, and transfers the confirmed account except the commission to the member store account in a real time. |
