A method for injecting the air in the packing material and a packing material manufactured by the same method are provided, which improves the productivity of the packing material by automating the air injection work. A method for injecting the air between the packing material(1) consisting of the double layer of the soft material quality includes: a step for cutting a part of the opening of the first layer member among the first layer member(10) and the second level member(20) constituting the packing material of the double layer; a step for injecting the air through the air injection nozzle after inserting the air injection nozzle(200) between the cut part and the second level member positioned in the lower part of the first layer member; and injecting the air through the air injection nozzle.
