A variable guide bracket for task in the outside wall of a building is provided to solve the problem that the finishing thickness changes according to the finishing design by layer when working the exterior wall by freely controlling the length of the guide bracket. A variable guide bracket for task in the outside wall of a building is composed of a fixed unit(10), a movable unit(20), a fixing pin and a bracket head. A fixing hole(16) in which an anchor bolt protruded from a building is inserted is formed at the lower-part of the fixed unit, and several through holes are formed at the both sides of the fixed unit. One or more guide rollers(14) are formed in the inner surface of an insertion part longitudinally penetrated into the center area of the fixed unit. One side of the movable unit is inserted into the insertion part, and several through holes are formed at the both sides of the movable unit. The fixing pin fixes the movable unit. The bracket head is assembled in the other side of the movable unit, and a hanging lever rotatably assembled is formed in the inner side. The bracket head in which a guide rail is connected is formed at the other side of the movable unit.
