The spring element comprises a tube shape body (1) of recesses (2), where the recesses are formed in the form of a polygon with round corner (2a). The recess is formed in shape of rhombus with the round corner, where each recess of a line is transferable in a projection along a tube axle in the recess of next line. An independent claim is also included for a piezo actuator comprises a piezoelectric multilayer element with multiple piezoelectric layers and electrode layers stacked one above the other.
