The invention relates to a method for allocating resources to program modules (201, 202, 203, 301, 302, 303, 401, 402, 403), which are related to a mobile communication device. According to invention the method is carried out in a way,
- that a control unit (25, 26) obtains information for a definition and/or activation of at least one secure data domain (20, 30, 40) from an issuer
- that the control unit (25, 26) checks if a registry (15) contains information about resources for the definition and/or the activation of the secure data domain (20, 30, 40)
- that in the case that resources for the definition and/or the activation of the secure data domain (20, 30, 40) are available and an allowance information of a card issuer has been received, the secure data domain (20, 30, 40) is defined and/or activated. The invention furthermore relates to a mobile communication device and a secure processor (10).
