An edge tape cutting apparatus using the double blade having actuating rod buffer is provided to prevent the partial rupture from being generated since the buffer is set up in the cylinder backend for the operation of the operation blade. An edge tape cutting apparatus using the double blade having actuating rod buffer comprises a cylinder(4) of a cutting apparatus main body(5) for cutting the redundancy of the edge tape, a fixed blade main body(1) in which an operation blade(2) is installed between driving fixed blades, an operating rod(41) of cylinder, a first cutting blade and a second cutting blade, and an operation blade in which a pusher contacting with the operation aperture in center is formed. |
