A colored photoresist resin composition for an image sensing device and colored patterns using the same are provided to suppress the generation of residue in the formation of pattern and to ensure excellent Resolution, sensitivity, and leveling property. A colored photoresist resin composition for an image sensing device comprises a coloring agent; a binder polymer; a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; solvent; and a compound represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is represented by the chemical formula 2; Y is represented by the chemical formula 2 or 3. In the chemical formula 3, R is C1~4 alkylene group, benzylene group and cyclohexylene group.
