A vapor generator for a desalination plant is provided to minimize lowering of insulation effect due to invaded seawater and to prevent damage or breakdown of an adiabatic material due to vibration of a steam generator and the invaded seawater. A vapor generator for a desalination plant includes a roof plate(10), a side plate(20), an adiabatic material(30), a supporting bar(40), a facing plate(50), a distance maintaining plate(60), and a vertical supporting plate(70). The facing plated is mounted on an end part of the supporting bar. Air layers(61) are formed between an upper part of the roof plate and a lower part of the adiabatic material. |
