A method for preparing noodles containing jujube powder and jujube seed extract is provided to enable a consumer to take sugar and natural fibroid materials from the noodles with ease by recycling the jujube seed to be wasted. A method for preparing noodles containing jujube powder and jujube seed powder comprises a jujube powder preparation step, a jujube seed extract preparation step and a noodle preparation step. The jujube powder preparation step includes the following steps of: selecting jujube, washing the selected jujube with ozone water, dehydrating the washed jujube and separating the jujube seed from the dehydrated jujube; cutting the seed-removed jujube in 2mm size and putting the jujube in a hot air dryer at a temperature of 60-65°C for 8-10 hours; and mixing dried jujube and flour or wheat flour to pulverize the mixture. |
