PARALLED FLANGE CHANNEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A parallel flange channel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve fastening force when a steel sheet and a flange are coupled and improve welding performance by fixing the thickness of the flange. A manufacturing method of a parallel flange channel comprises: a step for passing rolling material(B) through top and bottom two stepped a rolling mill roll, a universal mill and an edge mill; and a step for rolling the material so that the flange thickness is the same. The rolling mill(50) comprises: the top and bottom two stepped rolling mill roll; the universal mill contacted to the flange and a web respectively; and the edge mill having an edge roll. The edge roll is contacted with the end part of the flange.
