<p>An actuator arrangement comprises a rotatable shaft (10) driven by an input shaft (16), a nut (20) mounted upon the shaft (10) and translatable along the shaft (10) upon rotation of the shaft (10) relative to the nut (20), and a lock arrangement (26) operable to lock the shaft (10) and nut (20) against relative rotation, the lock arrangement (26) comprising a lock component (36) mounted upon one of the shaft (10) and the nut (20) for axial movement relative thereto but held against angular movement relative thereto, the lock component (36) being co-operable with an abutment (40) provided on the other of the shaft (10) and the nut (20), or a component associated therewith, to lock the shaft (10) and nut (20) to one another against relative rotation.</p> |
