A method and an apparatus for reducing fatigue when watching a three dimensional image, and a method and an apparatus for generating a low-fatigue three dimensional image data stream are provided to effectively reduce a fatigue degree by including low fatigue parameter information. A low fatigue degree parameter information obtaining unit(110) obtains low fatigue degree parameter information with regard to a frame interval. A variable vector information obtaining unit(120) obtains variable vector information of a three dimensional image inputted from the low fatigue degree parameter information obtaining unit. A variable limit value determining unit(130) receives lower fatigue parameter information from the low fatigue degree parameter information obtaining unit. A variable limit value determining unit outputs a determined variable limit value to a variable adjusting unit(140). The variable limit value determining unit extracts one of a watching distance, a longitudinal length and a horizontal length from a low fatigue parameter.
